DEPOSITS

i) A deposit of $500 must be paid directly to Tribal Warrior within 7 days of making a booking in order to confirm the booking.


FULL PAYMENT

i) Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to an event/booking. Where full payment is not made at this time, all bookings will be cancelled, the deposit is not refundable in this instance.


CANCELLATIONS

i) Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event, performance or tour may be made without penalty and a full refund will be given to the Customer. 


Cancellations made less than 14 days before travel but more than 7 days, will attract a 50% cancellation fee.


Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee and no refund at the Operator’s discretion. The Operator has the right to retain all deposits received up to the amount of the cancellation fee and invoices will be issued for any further amounts outstanding.


Tickets are non-transferrable to alternate dates within 7 days of an event/tour.


ii) Weather Cancellations: Cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the Customer to a full refund of the Fare Price or a credit for another time for a tour of the same price. Please note that if the Customer made the booking for travel through a booking agent all refunds of deposits and booking fees are to be obtained directly from the booking agent. Such booking agent may at their discretion retain a booking fee less than or equal to 100% of the price.


iii) Other Cancellations: Cancellations may be made at the Operator’s discretion due to mechanical breakdowns, which may result in the vessel being unable to operate. If this occurs the Customer will receive a full refund of the Fare Price. Please note that if the Customer made the booking for travel through a booking agent all refunds of deposits and booking fees are to be obtained directly from the booking agent. Such booking agent may at their discretion retain a booking fee less than or equal to 100% of the price.


iv) Fail to Board: If you fail to show for your tour for whatever reason at the time specified at booking, you will not receive a refund as we will have held a firm seat for you and turned away other bookings to do so. The Operator may at its discretion offer a seat on another tour, provided there is availability. 

CULTURAL PERFORMANCES


  1. Prices Exclude GST
  2. Aboriginal Performances are on request and subject to availability. We will confirm availability within the shortest possible time after we receive your booking request, at which time, we can also organise payment.
  3. All bookings are subject to an out of hours surcharge of 20% for call times that occur outside of normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). 
  4. Where Tribal Warrior are requested to complete an Event Risk Assessment, SWMS or similar documentation, an additional administration fee of $200 plus gst will be added to your booking. 
  5. Performers are allocated to bookings 1 week prior to the event.
