"The Tribal Warrior program has helped me really understand that it's ok to feel how I feel. That this feeling of disconnection is not just me, there are a lot of people who feel exactly how I feel but I need to be willing to give everything a chance. It's alright if I feel this way, but it's not ok to not to anything about it. I understand now that I need to take the initiative to acknowledge my past and it's not too late to connect with who I am and build myself up for a strong future".
