Tribal Warrior in Outback Car Trek for RFDS

Tribal Warrior participates in the Outback Car Trek for Royal Flying Doctor Service

The Tribal Warrior, an Indigenous owned vehicle, is again participating in the Outback Car Trek since 2013, an annual charity rally that raises funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).  The Trek is a multi-day event where participants drive modified cars across remote areas of Australia, raising funds and awareness for the RFDS. The Tribal Warrior's participation, especially since first driving in 2013, highlights the RFDS's work in Aboriginal communities.

Indigenous Participation

The Tribal Warrior was the first Indigenous-owned vehicle to participate in the Outback Car Trek, signifying the importance of Indigenous health and wellbeing.

Charity Rally

The Outback Car Trek is a major fundraising event for the RFDS, with participants raising significant sums for the service.

RFDS Support

The Trek helps the RFDS provide essential healthcare services in remote and rural areas, particularly benefiting Indigenous communities.

Community Engagement

The Trek also provides a platform for participants to engage with local communities along the route, boosting local economies and supporting community initiatives.
